• What are the legalities?

  We operate under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, Pub. L. No. 103-141, 107 Stat. 1488 (November 16, 1993), codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb through 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb-4 (also known as RFRA, pronounced "rifra"). RFRA requires that strict scrutiny be applied to any law that burdens religious freedom protected under the First Amendment of United States Constitution.

  All offerings on this website containing psilocybin mushrooms are offered strictly as a religious sacrament provided through the Pacific Presence Project. Usage of said sacrament is intended to be used only in ceremonial settings. We practice earnest belief in the transformative capabilities of our religious sacrament. • Where do you ship?

  We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States. Members must undergo an application process in order to purchase.

• What is your return policy?

  We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we do offer something even better — a 100% money back guarantee on all orders less than or equal to $100. For any dollar amount over $100, we offer 50% back. For example, a $95 order will get $95 back, and a $200 order will get $150 back ($100 + $50).

  TL;DR if you spent $100 or less, you get all your money back. If you spent more than $100, you get $100 + a good chunk of your money back. 😊

• Are your products tested?

  Yes. Our products are routinely tested for potency, cleanliness, and safety in ISO/IEC 17025 certified labs. We test for yeast and mold contamination among other things. COAs are available upon request. We do not use or condone the use of synthetic alternatives to plant medicine.

• What is the shelf life on Mogu products?

  When stored in a cool, dry, and dark place, they will retain efficacy for up to 18 months. Do not refrigerate. Do not leave in direct sunlight.

• How can I pay for Mogu products?

  We currently only accept Zelle as a form of payment.
